Lead Utility Maintenance Worker

Job Title

Current OMSD employees have priority hiring. Further evaluation, including testing and an oral interview, is required. Workdays and hours are subject to change. Individuals who have transcripts from institutions outside of the United States must obtain a complete evaluation of those transcripts from an approved CCTC agency.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience: Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent, and three years of advanced journey-level general maintenance experience. License; Certificates; Special Requirements: A valid California Class C driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to maintain insurability under the District's vehicle insurance policy. Upon acceptance of the District's offer of employment, new hires may be required to complete a baseline physical examination prior to the first day of employment. A current welding certificate from the American Welding Society or equivalent. The following documents must be attached to your Edjoin application before the closing deadline:
