Artificial Intelligence Lead

What you will do at Sogeti: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Provide hands-on technical leadership for Databricks, Azure, MLflow, MLOps, and AI model deployment. Design and implement LLM-based applications, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures. Drive end-to-end project delivery, including effort estimation, sprint planning, UAT, and production releases. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans. What you will bring: Strong knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, and AI Governance. 9 years of overall experience in Data engineering, Data analytics or related fields with at least 2 years of hands on experience with AI/ML Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLflow, and Microsoft Azure. Proven experience leading AI/ML projects through the full SDLC lifecycle. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
