Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional work ethic, motivation, and commitment to continuous development. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and track shipments from initiation to completion, maintaining accurate system records. Book carriers and arrange shipment pickups and deliveries. Support cargo claims through documentation, customer communication, and issue resolution. Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
