Pay: $25-$35/hour DOE

We're looking for an experienced Assembly Technician / Fabricator to join our production team in Belle Glade, FL. In this role, you'll build precision CNC machinery from the ground up, assembling, wiring, aligning, testing, and calibrating equipment before it ships to customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and wire machine frames, gantries, and mechanical subassemblies
• Install motors, gearboxes, linear rails, servo drives, spindles, and laser components
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot completed machines before shipment
• Verify parts against build lists and identify missing or incorrect components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, machine building, manufacturing, or industrial equipment assembly
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and precision alignment techniques
• Basic electrical wiring experience
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable with a strong safety mindset
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day

Preferred Experience

• Welding or metal fabrication
• Building CNC routers, laser tables, or other automated industrial equipment
• Servo drives, stepper motors, CNC controllers, or motion control systems
• Sign manufacturing or industrial equipment manufacturing
