Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant | GLOBAL CNC INDUSTRIES, LTD. The Tone: This is a full-time role at Global CNC Industries, LTD., located within a U.S. based manufacturing environment. Global CNC Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision toolholders and CNC machining solutions, supplying high-quality products to machine shops, distributors, and OEMs worldwide with over 40 years of experience. This Staff Accountant position is critical for maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance, and ensuring a smooth month-end close process, directly impacting operations and business success. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person Mission: This person is responsible for supporting growing manufacturing operations by maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and facilitating month-end close procedures. Tech Stack: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Microsoft Excel, Office Suite What You’ll Actually Do Reconciliations: Perform monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations, journal entries, and necessary adjustments. Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and payroll processing. Close Procedures: Support and execute month-end and year-end financial close processes and prepare associated reports. Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely tax payments and adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws, along with preparing year-end workpapers for audit. Cash Flow & Controls: Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor daily cash flow, and develop internal controls to protect company assets. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possess a strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards. Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience. Direct experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
