Senior Consultant - Accounting Advisory

We're working with a well-established management consulting firm that works with high-growth and high-profile companies across the US on some of their most complex financial and accounting challenges. They're growing their accounting advisory practice and looking to bring in a Senior Consultant to their Atlanta-based team. This is a hands-on client-facing role where you'll take real ownership of engagements across technical accounting, transactions, and financial reporting, while being supported by experienced senior colleagues. What you'll be doing Supporting client engagements across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPO readiness, and technical accounting matters, with responsibility for day-to-day delivery Reviewing financial statements and SEC filings for accuracy and compliance Building financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support client decision-making Contributing to business process improvement initiatives Acting as a point of contact between client management and their auditors, escalating issues where needed Supporting existing client relationships and helping to spot new opportunities Coaching and guiding junior staff Developing subject matter expertise across business combinations, revenue recognition, and stock-based compensation What we're looking for 4 to 7 years of public accounting, auditing, and/or accounting advisory experience Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Confident communicator who can engage credibly with clients and senior stakeholders Able to manage competing priorities across multiple engagements An entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine drive to grow Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight trips Based in Atlanta or open to relocating there #J-18808-Ljbffr Henderson Drake
