Apply now to bring that standard to consequential work. What You Will Be Doing Controlling the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through onboarding. Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess alignment before offering solutions or advising on next steps. Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions. Delivering campus tours, shadow visits, and decision-focused conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles. Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence. Director Of Membership Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the credibility and outcomes of the Alpha model. Basic Requirements 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or owner-operated services). Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding. Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization method. Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent. Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients. Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
