We're seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own the entire search lifecycle, from developing client relationships and generating new business to identifying, recruiting, and placing top talent. You'll have the autonomy to build your market, the support of an established brand, and the opportunity to create significant financial success through your efforts.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building with hiring managers and decision-makers.

• Manage and grow client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, providing market insights, and serving as a trusted talent advisor.

• Execute the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates through offer negotiation and placement.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

• Present qualified candidates, provide consultative guidance throughout the search process, and facilitate successful hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a full-desk recruiting, executive search, staffing, or business development environment.

• Experience generating new business and managing client relationships.

• Demonstrated success sourcing, recruiting, and placing passive candidates.

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a successful practice and maximize earnings.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
