Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Westminster Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana! Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 4 weeks Full Time - Year Round work.

• $19.00- $23.00/HR
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

Qualifications :

• 2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent
• HVAC experience preferred (EPA or HVAC Certification & hands on experience)
• Pool experience and CPO preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to help with on call

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
