Billing Manager

Our client a well-established company in White Plains, NY is looking to hire a Billing Manager. Pay: $38-$40/hr. Responsibilities Oversee billing and collections processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Supervise and support team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment Analyze billing and collections data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal procedures Provide training and guidance on billing processes, systems, and best practices Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Maintain and update policies and procedures to align with organizational and regulatory requirements Monitor accounts receivable and support timely collection of outstanding balances Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing-related inquiries Required Qualifications Experience in billing, collections, or related financial operations, including team support or leadership responsibilities Demonstrated ability to manage processes, improve workflows, and support revenue cycle activities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
