Dalhart, TX - Hospital-Based Generalist - PRN, part-time or full-time

This is a PRN, part-time or full-time hospital based Occupational Therapist opportunity located in growing Dalhart, TX. Dalhart is 1-hour and 15 minutes northwest of Amarillo.

The setting is inpatient and outpatient, with a mix of all populations; including pediatrics.

PAY RANGE: $ 40 to $48 per hour, depending on experience.

Up to $ 10,000 sign-on bonus

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
