Job Description

We are seeking talented professionals to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment as a Quality Control Test Lab & Receiving Inspection Manager for our NADCAP approved captive laboratory at our northern Cincinnati Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).

Job Requirements

• responsible for supervision and/or performance of all mechanical and physical testing performed in support of products manufactured by CTL including but not limited to receiving testing of purchased materials; shelf-life extension testing and in process go-by testing.
• set and implement internal/external quality requirements to ensure the test lab functions meet NADCAP AS and customer requirements and expectations.
• collaborating with quality personnel to implement procedures systems and standards of operation.
• Act as CTL representative for NADCAP AS and customer audits of the test lab.
• oversee the recruit and training of test lab personnel to ensure an effective work unit.
• establish procedures and processes for sampling recording and reporting of quality data.
• conduct and monitor the analysis of test data to ensure compliance with set specifications.
• organize training for quality assurance test lab staff to enhance their skill and knowledge of product and testing quality requirements.
• maintain proper records and documentation of quality tests and other quality-related activities.
• Collecting and compilingrelevant quality statistical data.
• Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety precautions in the shop environment.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to listen and communicate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Strong analytical writing and communication skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Able to work in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
