Role : Friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Rock Star to join our team as a Teller (Member Service Associate) and be the face of our branch, helping customers with their banking needs and delivering top-notch service every day. Position Details As a Teller (Member Service Associate) at Meridian Trust Federal Credit Union, you’ll become a vital member of a team providing best-in-class financial services to our thousands of valued members. You will assist members with account-related services such as deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments. You will learn about our credit union products and services such as loans, credit cards, online banking, and debit cards, making recommendations tailored to member usage and needs. Responsibilities Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and loan payments. Provide information about credit union products and services, including loans, credit cards, online banking, and debit cards. Recommend products and services tailored to members’ usage and needs. Requirements Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service. Excellent communication skills.
