Key Responsibilities

• Deliver age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in alignment with established Standards of Patient Care
• Provide nursing care in accordance with Medical Surgical and Telemetry specialty-specific standards
• Assume leadership responsibilities including appropriate delegation of tasks to other levels of nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Active ACLS certification required prior to contract start date
• Active BLS certification required prior to contract start date
• Active PALS or ENPC certification required prior to contract start date
• Active de-escalation training required prior to contract start date; if not current, a booked course must be confirmed at time of Clinical Orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
