Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology - Up to $20k bonus Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology Location: Tarzana, CA Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday Compensation: Salary range $90,000 - $110,000/yr, commensurate with experience Incentives: Up to $20k bonus and indefinite student debt program We are seeking a physical therapist with a special interest in cancer rehabilitation to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full‑time basis. The clinic serves orthopedics, lymphedema, hand therapy, cancer rehab, and pelvic floor. Candidates should have at least one year of licensed adult outpatient orthopedic experience; interest or experience in cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema is preferred. The caseload will include a mix of general ortho and oncology, with the opportunity to expand oncology responsibilities. Leadership opportunities are also available. Our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program offers a comprehensive training that must be completed within the first 6–12 months of employment. The program equips therapists to treat a diverse patient population and is supported by a national leader in outpatient physical therapy. Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient care for orthopedics, lymphedema, hand therapy, cancer rehabilitation, and pelvic floor. Collaborate with Select PT leaders and clinicians to deliver coordinated care. Build meaningful relationships within the community. Manage a caseload that includes general ortho and oncology patients, with opportunities to grow oncology caseloads. Complete ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program training within the first 6–12 months. Minimum Qualifications Successful completion of required education for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice. CPR certification. At least one year licensed adult outpatient orthopedic experience. Preferred Qualifications Cancer rehabilitation interest or experience. Lymphedema interest, experience, or certification.
