Responsibilities Provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders Responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Compensation and Benefits Execute recruiting strategies for various positions and ensure compliance with legal requirements Facilitate training and development for management and workforce Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience Must be able to work in temperatures within the warehouse Must be able to travel by plane and automobile Skills Strategic HR Initiatives Compensation and Benefits Recruiting Strategies Training and Development Coaching Soft Skills Partnership with Business Leaders Advising Managers and Employees Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Bachelor's Degree in Business Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences #J-18808-Ljbffr
