Warehouse Clerk

Verification and acceptance of all incoming goods in respect of volume and quantity. Ensures that all receiving reports inclusive of food, non-food and beverage are done daily and on a timely basis. Perform cycle counts Carry out monthly inventories with Controlling; ensure orderliness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibility Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing product, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibility Ensure FIFO is followed for all transactions Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation Any others duties requested by supervisor/management SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills or ability.
