$20-$32+ h/r DOE
Tualatin, OR.

We sell to a broad base of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and life sciences companies.

What You' ll Do:

-Perform all work in a safe manner. Promptly report safety issues and any unsafe behavior of others to management.
-Perform all work in a manner which ensures that a quality product is available for on time delivery to the next level customer.
-Learns to use computer systems / software, and navigation of company's network.
-Learns to use precision measuring equipment
-Accurately records, submits daily time cards, and enters recordable time into M3.
-Maintain shop equipment, and tooling to support production.
-Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
-Understands the urgency of our industry and is willing to work overtime and/or travel upon short notice to satisfy customer needs
-Supports management as requested
-Complies with company policies and procedures
-Able to use computer systems / software, and navigation of company's network.
-Able to use precision measuring equipment correctly
-May be asked to participate in the new product /process development phase.
-Provide input for new equipment, tooling, and fixture procurement.

The musts:

2-5 years in manufacturing environment


Fabrication experience required


Ability to identify and weld different plastics -- WPP, NPP, All PVC material, FRPP, PE, Polycarbonate, CPVC, PVDF, FM4910, Acetal, Acrylics, PET, PEEK, UHMW, HDPE, PTFE, PFA Materials.

Basic computer skills needed to process work orders, retrieve electronic documents and document results.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Preferred:

Reliable transportation

Plastic Welding preferred
