Receptionist
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for a Receptionist on 1st shift in the Erlanger, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Picker/Packer $18/Hour 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOEligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Responsibilities of Receptionist Greet clients, vendors and visiting staff at the front desk Answer phone calls and route calls to appropriate staff Receiving office deliveries, signing for the company as necessary Distributing incoming mail to appropriate departments Printing and mailing of invoices on a daily basis. Manages Accounts Receivable general email mailbox Obtains customer credits references Prepares Customer Data including credit lines, sales, and payment history Drop Ship Billing Assist/backup other administrative team members as needed Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements of Receptionist Strong customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Word and Excel Excellent data entry skills Excellent organizational skill Informal Interview with the client
