Roles & Responsibilities

Provide primary nursing care for patients
Assume responsibility for the nursing care process, including assessment, plan of care, intervention, and evaluation

Experience Required

Minimum 1–2 years of recent Mother Baby/Postpartum experience

Skills & Certifications

Mother/Baby and postpartum nursing care
Patient assessment and care planning
Family-centered care collaboration

Eligibilities & qualifications

Active RN license in the State of Rhode Island (or compact license, if applicable)
BLS certification (AHA) required
NRP certification required
Proficiency in English language
Flu vaccine required
COVID-19 vaccine required — no exemptions
