What You'll Do

As an Experienced Security Officer, you will:

Patrol and secure assigned areas to ensure a safe environment
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
Build professional relationships with staff, patients, and visitors
Enforce organizational policies with professionalism and respect
Complete accurate and detailed reports
Serve as a visible and reliable presence throughout your shift
Participate in handson interventions, including the safe application of restraints in accordance with policy and training

Operate state-of-the-art weapons detection system to ensure patient, family, employee and facility safety

What We're Looking For

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and committed to safety
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
