Guest Check-in Staff
We are seeking enthusiastic Guest Check-in Staff to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service at our facility. As a pivotal part of our front-line operations, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience upon their arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during the check-in process with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and provide accurate information regarding the availability of rooms.
- Ensure all guest data is entered and stored accurately in the system.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during check-in.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure availability of clean rooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations in the hospitality industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and managing reservation software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
