Commercial Sales Representative- Title Insurance/ Commercial Real Estate

Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nation's premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with deep local market knowledge and strong San Francisco connections to drive mid-to-large commercial transactions. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional or broker ready to leverage an established network while transitioning into a high-upside, relationship-driven sales position. This opportunity offers substantial earning potential, uncapped commissions, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in an underserved and highly competitive market.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record (preferred but not required for non-attorney candidates)
• Active Bar Admission in California, in good standing (if applicable)
• 5+ years of substantive sales or commercial real estate experience
• Strong existing network within the San Francisco commercial real estate community
• Proven success closing $7M$25M commercial transactions
• Background in brokerage, commercial services, or related industries strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations
• Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships

Qualifications:

• HIGHLY SELF-MOTIVATED WITH A "HUNTER" MENTALITY
• PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)
• Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role
• Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
• Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions
• Valid driver's license required for territory travel
• Strong credibility with attorney peers and senior decision-makers
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Comfortable collaborating closely with underwriting and escrow professionals
• Excellent networking, communication, and follow-up skills
• Motivated by results, accountability, and uncapped earning potential

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business within the San Francisco commercial real estate market
• Identify and close commercial transactions in the $7M$25M range
• Cultivate relationships with attorneys, brokers, lenders, and investors
• Represent commercial transaction services to local and national clients
• Partner with underwriting and escrow teams to support complex deals
• Maintain consistent market visibility through meetings, outreach, and networking

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation:
  • Annual base salary of $100,000-$150,000, as determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and market factors
  • Uncapped commissions paid monthly
