We’re looking for an enthusiastic hotel front desk manager with 1 year of prior experience to ensure every guest at our hotel has an exceptional stay with us. You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. $15.50 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager
• Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies
• Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
• Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies
• Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay

• Manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and up to date.

Qualifications:

• Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired
• 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
• Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED)
• 2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry
