Maintenance Manager (Fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Wm.Com)

Position Summary Communicate with groups and individuals verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Drive and implement the business plan for your area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production quality and safety. Implement operational improvements, forecast and monitor staffing and workload, and manage performance outcomes. Oversee financial aspects, track expenses against budget, monitor asset utilization, and analyze business reports. Enforce compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards, policies, and directives. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, training, and learning opportunities. Participate in hiring, promotion, and evaluation processes. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring reliability of equipment and compliance with OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and other regulations. Support the company’s commitment to integrity, customer service, continuous improvement, and a culture that values belonging and development. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 – $156,000.00, with additional performance‑based bonuses. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification (e.g., Maintenance, Controls, Electrical) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in an operations, distribution, logistics, or retail environment; or 3 years of experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with similar leadership responsibilities. Required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Facility maintenance, financial modeling and analysis, and experience managing challenging workforce issues. Knowledge of material handling equipment, modeling/forecasting, budget execution, P&L accountability, project management, recruiting, and talent development. Academic background in business, finance, logistics, management, or operations management (bachelor’s degrees).
