Youth Coach

Work involves supporting youth aged 18-24 in a shelter setting. Role includes helping youth achieve goals, heal from trauma, and develop life skills. Foster a safe and engaging environment. Communication and crossover with other staff is expected. Schedules and shifts are subject to change. May require sitting, standing, use of stairs, and lifting or moving up to 20 pounds.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in behavioral studies or related field, or equivalent experience preferred (or per facility requirements)
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
