Social Creative (Shooter & Editor)

About the Role We are looking for a Social Creative who lives at the intersection of camera and cut. You will shoot and edit social content that ranges from same-day trend turnarounds to premium, brand-defining pieces-often within the same week. You understand how video needs to feel on TikTok versus Instagram Reels versus YouTube Shorts, and you edit accordingly. You take a brief, add your own point of view, and deliver exceptional results. Most of your work will be based in our core regional hub, with opportunities to travel for production, capturing content on travel routes, at transit hubs, destination locations, and alongside creators and influencers as part of our broader content strategy. Key Responsibilities Shoot and edit short-form video for social media, including trend-responsive content turned around in hours and premium content built over days or weeks. Translate briefs and creative direction into finished, polished content independently. Adapt style, pacing, and format seamlessly across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts). Capture content primarily in the primary operating region, with occasional travel for production (including flights, destinations, events, and creator/influencer shoots). Stay fluent in social trends, sounds, formats, and editing techniques, bringing that knowledge back to the team. Manage your own gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set and in the field. Collaborate closely with the social team, influencer program, and cross-functional partners on shoots. Qualifications & Experience An impressive portfolio or reel demonstrating both fast-turn trend content and more produced, premium work. Strong shooting fundamentals (composition, lighting, audio), with the comfort to run solo or alongside a small crew. Editing fluency in Premiere, CapCut, or industry-standard editing software. A proven track record of taking loose direction and running with it successfully. Hands-on on-set and field production experience. Flexibility and comfort with occasional business travel. Bonus Points Professional photography experience. Motion graphics and/or sound design capabilities.
