Quality Assurance Advisor

Over 300,000 families have put their dreams in our hands, and you can as well. Responsibilities Perform quality standard inspections and reviews, analyze field safety and water intrusion practices. Make field visits and ensure that our homes are built in accordance with specifications and details, or that variances have been reviewed and approved. Identify opportunities for improvement and develop cost‑efficient and value‑oriented construction methods. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of construction materials, basic math and some cost accounting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand, follow and train others in established safety procedures. Ability to understand and follow construction plans, blueprints, specifications and warranty standards. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. Benefits Hourly rate between $48.08 and $52.89 with eligibility for bonuses.
