Event Manager

As a Event Manager , you’ll lead the planning and execution of catered events, working closely with clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations. From managing event logistics to coordinating with culinary and banquet teams, you’ll deliver seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and revenue. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality and event management. Key Responsibilities Build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations to generate catering business for the hotel. Prospect for new business, respond to incoming RFPs, execute contracts and BEOs, and communicate client expectations to the hotel team. Report to the Director of Sales (Director of Catering). Gain exposure to the entire hotel and develop a progressive career in the sales discipline, such as moving into group sales or exploring food and beverage or hotel operations. Education & Experience A college degree or at least two years of hotel experience. Previous experience in a similar or related position. Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications. What You’ll Need To Succeed Eligible to work in the United States.
