Responsibilities:

• Introduction of caregivers to New clients
• Shadowing & Training new and current staff
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor
• Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers
• Fill in on last minute shifts if needed.
• Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver license and vehicle Insurance
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Must have current High quality customer services skills
• Must be available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
