Customer Advisor - Mazda

Job Summary: As a Customer Advisor for Capistrano Mazda, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the sales of Mazda vehicles. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with them. This full-time, hourly position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong customer service background. The Sales Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.50 In addition to this base compensation, the position also provides opportunity for commission and incentive compensation without any maximum limitation, depending upon sales and other performance. Some top salespersons average up to $11,000 per month or more in incentive compensation.
