Job OpportunityThe Staff Pad is proud to partner with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and comprehensive dental care throughout the Dallas Fort-Worth area and we are looking to hire an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist to join a dedicated surgical team providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric and special needs patients. Schedule: Part-Time (1-2 days per week) | No Call | No Weekends or HolidaysWhat You'll DoProvide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patientsPartner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient careManage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR dayPrioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environmentWhat We Are Looking ForQualifications & ExperienceExperience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patientsActive, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensureCurrent BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hireNational Board Certification strongly preferredComfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice modelsSkills & AttributesStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsAbility to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environmentsStrong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitudePatient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality careWhy This Opportunity?Make a meaningful impact in pediatric patient careJoin a supportive, mission-driven surgical teamPractice in a collaborative ASC environmentIf you're an experienced Anesthesiologist who values quality care, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for pediatric patients, we'd love to hear from you.
