As an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician, you’ll turn that vision into action by keeping advanced automation and production equipment performing for customers across foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery and retail, and industrial sectors. Our manufacturing and sourcing expertise cover resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more—driving 120 product categories, 250 brands, and 39,000+ SKUs.

You arrive, review Maintenance Connection tasks, and prioritize a preventive maintenance route. Midway through, a line throws a PLC alarm. You diagnose the root cause, source the needed spare via the computer-based inventory system, make the repair, verify product quality, and document everything—safely and efficiently—before moving on to support a teammate’s set-up. That’s impact.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automation and production assets.
• Execute equipment set-ups and preventive maintenance routines.
• Diagnose and resolve processing issues stemming from equipment conditions.
• Leverage a computer-based inventory system to create reports and locate spare parts.
• Complete daily work orders and activities within Maintenance Connection.
• Partner with maintenance/production teams and assist in training other employees as needed.
• Meet reasonable time standards established by management through verbal and written instructions while producing quality results.
• Use required safety equipment, follow all safety rules, and carry out tasks safely and efficiently.
• Adapt to schedule changes as business needs evolve.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas; follow all company policies and rules.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with mechanical, electrical, and PLC programming skill sets.
• Demonstrated strengths in customer service; interpersonal skills; oral and written communication; sound judgment; motivation; planning and organizing; professionalism; quality and productivity; safety; adaptability; reliable attendance and punctuality; dependability; initiative; and innovation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of technician experience in the plastics industry.
• Own your tools and use them safely and effectively.

• 3pm–11pm (C Shift)
• 11pm–7am (A Shift)
