Unit Manager - RN | Katzman Family Center for Living $46.00 - $51.00/hour, based on experience Full-Time | 40hrs per week 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Monday – Friday, on-call weekend rotationsAt Katzman Family Center for Living, we not only provide compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter:Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff by coordinating assignments, providing clinical guidance, and fostering teamwork and accountability. Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure accurate medication administration, documentation, infection control practices, and adherence to state and federal long-term care regulations. Address resident, family, and staff concerns promptly, respond to clinical emergencies, and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.Qualifications for Success:Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure 2+ years prior experience in a clinical supervisor or leadership roleKnowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
