Part time Leasing Agent

Description Point Real Estate Management is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our growing team! This part-time position will support an apartment community in Kenosha, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with visitors, prospects, and residents. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our communities, assisting with the leasing process, and helping ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and occupancy. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is friendly, motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This position is expected to work between 20-25 hours per week, with flexible afternoon and evening availability preferred. General Description: Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities include: Prospects Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents. Invite prospects to tour. Record traffic and leasing activity. Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view. Maintain monthly market survey and knowledge of competition. Maintain hospitality center for prospective residents. Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial Lease Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork. Walk through units to ensure they are ready. Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums. Promote other income items. Resident Retention Prepare renewal paperwork.
