Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads, presenting relevant products and services based on customer needs, advising on products and services that create gaps in a customer's asset plan, and coaching, counseling, motivating and managing existing Sales Account Representatives to attain office goals.

Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, experience in leading a successful team in hitting sales goals, and experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
