Contract | Travel | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and care delivered
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including royal blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Mississippi
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required (may be obtained within the first 3 weeks of assignment start)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or level-of-care ICU environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in acute care settings
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
