Wind Drivetrain Technician

The Wind Drivetrain Technician performs up-tower drivetrain repairs and mechanical upgrades on wind turbines. The technician must identify issues and complete repairs safely in the field. Main responsibilities include gearbox repairs, bearing replacements, generator work, drivetrain disassembly and reassembly, and commissioning-related support, with 100% travel required.

Qualifications include valid GWO, BST, ART, and BTT certifications, experience with wind turbine gearboxes, including Winergy, Nanjing, ZF, or equivalent, high school diploma or GED, passing a background check and drug screening, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 100%.
