THE JOB:
As a Valet Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating memorable first and last impressions for every guest who visits our property. In this fast-paced role, you will lead and develop a team of valet and guest service professionals, ensuring outstanding service standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and security procedures. By anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns, and maintaining smooth traffic flow throughout the property, you will help create the exceptional experiences that keep guests coming back.


THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise the valet services team to include efficient staffing, employee development and training, performance management and policy enforcement
• Supervise the valet and guest service employees, ensure employees are properly trained and follow established safety standards
• Conducts periodic inspections of valet-designated parking areas
• Lead the pre-shift meetings for valet/guest service employees
• Compensate guests within, for service-related inconveniences
• Responsible for necessary staffing adjustments in order to properly accommodate guest
• Regulate the movement and flow of traffic to ensure the casino provides efficient and effective guest services and avoids traffic congestion and delays
• Respond effectively to guest inquiries providing excellent guest service
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least one (1) year of prior relevant experience as a supervisor in a customer service environment.
• Prior experience in valet or transportation

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$22.00

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
