Audi San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Mainline Technician to join the Holman family.

Pay Range: $33-$50 per flat rate hour

What do we have to offer?

• Audi-specific training offered- We fast-track certifications and cover training costs, travel, hotel, and meals. Currently, 41% of our technicians are Master level or higher.
• Structured team environment- Five teams supported by five team leads and two shop foremen. Team leads dispatch work and provide clear workflow reporting to each technicianensuring transparency and fairness with no favoritism.
• Strong mentorship culture- Apprentice technicians benefit from a highly supportive and well-established mentorship program.
• Schedule- Technicians are scheduled 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.

What will you do?

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

• 1 year or more of automotive technician experience
• Technical Auto training or Audi certifications, ASEs are a plus
• Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations
• Willingness to undergo our background requirements

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.54 - $27.21 USD per hour.
