- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (verified)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds (usually a lot less)
- Must be able to get in and out of van on average 250 times per shift
- Must be able to use a smart phone for delivery (provided) and communication
- Adaptable to change
- Must be available to work weekends. Saturday or Sunday.
- Prioritize safety over everything else
- Provide best in class customer service
- Work both independently and as part of a team
- Must have positive attitude
- Prefer previous large van driving experience
- Prefer previous package delivery experience
- Incentive plan
- Access to earned wages before pay day
