Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 7:00pm - 7:30am
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Experience or strong comfort level with inpatient hold ratios/acuity
• Prefer candidates skilled in caring for Emergency Department patients as well
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality and compassionate care to patients with varying acuity in an inpatient hold setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Provide support across units as patient needs dictate, including potential coverage in the Emergency Department
• Uphold best practices for patient safety and healthcare compliance
