Senior Agile Delivery Coach: Lead Teams & Drive Value

Travelers Canada is looking for an Agile Coach to transform team operations and enhance delivery of customer value. The ideal candidate will guide multiple teams, challenge and advise on effective ways of working, and assess organizational agility. Responsibilities include mentoring teams on delivery practices, implementing metrics for KPIs, and facilitating open communications among teams and stakeholders.
