Onboarding schedule: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipmentLoad, unload, clean, and adjust machineryPerform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenanceAccurately measure and scale ingredientsComplete quality checks and record dataKeep your work area cleanFollows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shiftSkillsBasic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred) Comfortable using computers or tablets Able to read, write, and understand English Basic math and mechanical understanding Strong attention to detail Team-oriented and dependable Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
