ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel Labor & Delivery RN Position Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend and holiday required. Floating to other units may be necessary. Job Description The Labor and Delivery RN will provide direct nursing care during Antepartum, Intrapartum, Surgical (as an RN circulator), and PACU Recovery for both patients and neonates. The role requires a commitment to patient care excellence and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to laboring patients, including assessment and monitoring. Assist with surgical procedures and recovery in PACU. Utilize hospital provided scrubs and adhere to dress code protocols. Document and maintain accurate patient records using Cerner and GE Centricity EMR systems. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure A minimum of 1-2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience is required. BLS, ACLS, NRP, and completion of Basic Arrhythmia Course are mandatory.
