As a Server, you'll play a meaningful role in shaping each guest's experience by offering warm, attentive, and polished service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. TEI Hospitality is hiring to join our team! Ray's at Killer Creek is an esteemed dining destination in Alpharetta, offering exceptional steaks, fresh seafood, fine wines, and gracious hospitality. Set in an elegant yet welcoming environment, we blend classic culinary excellence with a refined, neighborhood warmth that reflects the community we serve. Our team is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences through thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for excellence in every guest interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, professional food and beverage service, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving, and clearing tables.
• Ensure assigned station is properly set, maintained, and cleaned before, during, and after each shift.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, bar offerings, and daily specials, confidently making recommendations when appropriate.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely, precise delivery of all items.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and elevate the dining experience.
• Uphold all state and federal alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest age and monitoring responsible consumption.
• Build genuine, hospitable relationships with guests while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work and actively support the team during service.
• Participate in ongoing training, read shift notes, attend meetings, and adhere to all company policies and service standards.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in service and order taking.
