STAFFING COORDINATOR

We're looking for a part-time  Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to help us attract, interview, and onboard Care Professionals who provide in-home care to seniors across Frederick, Carroll, and Washington Counties. You will work out of our Frederick, MD office and work with applicants for Frederick, Carroll, and Washington county positions. Expect to work approximately 10-20 hours a week. This is a people-focused role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping people through the hiring process. Previous recruiting or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do

Recruiting

• Review applications and screen candidate resumes to prepare for in-office interviews
• Conduct in-person candidate interviews and keep applicants informed throughout the process
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and follow up with candidates
• Review and organize candidate documentation

Onboarding

• Collect and verify new-hire paperwork, including I-9 documentation
• Support new-hire orientation and training
• Set up training assignments and track completion
• Create and maintain employee profiles and credential records

General Support

• Answer phones and greet candidates visiting the office
• Support job fairs and community and college recruiting events
• Communicate potential issues or delays to the team

What We’re Looking For

• College degree or certificate in the area of Human Resource Management
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Reliable transportation to our Frederick office

Helpful experience: HR, recruiting, staffing, customer service, healthcare, applicant tracking systems, or coursework in HR/business/healthcare administration. Additional language skills are a plus.
