Job Description

• Receive, move, and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
• Execute daily goods flow tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Use inventory systems and handheld tools to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
• Follow inventory control procedures and established workflows.
• Work safely while following all company health, safety, and security policies.
• Support lean warehouse practices by working efficiently and minimizing waste.
• Assist teammates and share knowledge to improve overall store operations.
• Contribute to daily operational goals and department objectives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Skills

• Warehouse, stocking, retail, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability required.
