Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The company is an established general contractor with a strong reputation for quality construction, collaborative client relationships, and delivering complex projects across a diverse range of sectors. This individual will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation.
  • Identify and resolve project issues to keep work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with general contractors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
