As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician, or an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance. Why Join Hillcroft Physicians? - Base Salary: $230,000-$280,000 - Generous Productivity Bonus - W-2 Employment or 1099 - Medical, Dental & Life Insurance - Professional Malpractice Coverage - 401(k)/Retirement Plan - Paid CME & CME Allowance - 3 Weeks Paid Vacation - 6 Paid Holidays - 4 Paid Sick Days - Professional Growth Opportunities Position Highlights - Established patient panel with immediate volume - Busy outpatient-only Family Medicine practice - Collaborative physician-led team - Modern EMR - Diverse patient population - Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships - Focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management Schedule - Monday-Friday - Physician Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM - One-hour lunch - No hospital work Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Perform physical examinations - Order and interpret diagnostic studies - Prescribe medications and therapies - Manage chronic diseases - Perform Medicare Annual Wellness Visits - Educate patients on preventive care - Coordinate care with specialists through our referral coordinator - Maintain accurate EMR documentation - Participate in quality improvement initiatives - Lock and finish the chart within 48 hours of the patient's visit. Qualifications Required: - MD or DO - Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) Physician - Active Texas Medical License (or eligible) - DEA Registration - Excellent communication and clinical skills Preferred: - Three years of outpatient experience (strong new graduates considered) - EMR experience - Passion for serving diverse communities About Hillcroft Physicians Hillcroft Physicians has been a trusted healthcare provider in Southwest Houston for over 28 years.
